This reliable hotel was run by the well-trained and responsive staff. The place had a contemporary atmosphere. The king room was updated, included central heating, an individual safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies. The service was efficient, we had a freshly prepared breakfast with an omelette chef and also a nice view.

Fairly clean hotel with caring staff and a great value. Free and freshly cooked breakfast with a lot of meals. Good services! A lovely way to end my weekend.

Really bad views from the window.

The location was great and stunning, for example, an Emperor Valley zoo was not too far away from the hotel. Everything was wonderful, nonetheless a few employees were not always friendly.

Really enjoyed thorough and very good staff and spacious hotel.

The service was helpful, including an efficient check-in. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The rooms had some wear and tear, with peeling panels and a stuck balcony door. There were a few hiccups, like being locked out of our room. However, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely.

damp rooms (had to do w/ being on a floor that is close to bottom), housekeeping is OK - didn't replace some of the amenities, minibar not stocked; awful waitstaff at restaurant. Not friendly or efficient. Restaurant manager is good but maybe she can train the staff to be better! Breakfast was also nothing special - and very expensive. Who serves chicken wings for breakfast? Very greasy options - not friendly for health conscious eaters.

My room was impressive, with great views, balconies, and a luxurious bathroom. The upgrade to an executive room with access to the Executive Lounge and complimentary cocktails was a sweet surprise. The staff was helpful and kind, and the food at the hotel was delicious.

Average standard but fod was good

No hot water for two out of three nights reported second day no improvement. This should result in 50% discount as business traveller needs a bed , internet and hot water. Mini bar as advertised not in room. Internet is very expensive cmpasred to othe hotels where it is free.

Clean venue with very very good breakfasts and views of the city. Great location close to business centers and banks.

The executive floor provides access to the Executive Lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as breakfast. The staff in the Lounge offer excellent service. On holidays, there are fun activities for kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Queens Park Savannah. The Hilton taxi drivers do not charge extra fees during certain hours.

Long walks in corridors. The gym was right below my room but I had to walk a very long way to it. Lobby is also far from where my room was.

One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view of the gardens from the venue. Without fail, this hotel is always our first choice whenever we visit Port of Spain.
